I have used this company for at least 7 years for home computer work. Recently transitioning to a major virtual enterprise, I needed extra expertise and Computers in Roanoke provided it and then some. the project included setting up several monitors and managing security. Not only was the job turn key and worked well from the beginning but the support is suburb. Sometimes IT folks talk above one’s ability to understand; not so in this case. also, there is follow up service: you are not forgotten.

Very available and very helpful. Patient with those who have little or no computer knowledge. Willing to tackle complicated problems; for example, I needed my computer to interface with my job and Ken tackled the whole project with success. Also very available.

We were up for an overall upgrade and Ken was our man! As always, upgrades can be challenging at times in transferring data to the new computers and upgrading to newer versions of software. Ken did a fantastic job, and I would highly recommend him as he was available during the upgrade and has been readily available after the upgrade.

Ken went far above excellent service when he went to repair my disabled friend’s computer. He cleared up the problem plus helped her reset passwords and set up a new email. He told her if she needed any more help to call and he would run back by her house. He charged no more than a service call He’s the BEST! Don’t call anyone else!
